For example, induction, probation, discipline, grievance, capability, holiday calculations, sick absence management and appraisal.
You get bespoke written letters, documentation and forms as required.
We keep you up to date with automatic employment law/legislation updates, automatic handbook updates, forms and daily telephone help desk advice from our team, as required. For example, you may need five minutes one day, 30 minutes another or even half a day.
Ad-hoc support
HR support on a pay-as-you-go basis. When you have an HR issue, we will quote for your individual management project. This HR services and solutions support is flexible and tailored to your specific requirements. There’s no ongoing commitment, and you get full onsite or remote support from fully qualified consultants.
