She has managed a team of HR professionals in both a field-based capacity covering multi-site operations and in a head office function.
Shirley works closely with management teams, offering HR guidance and supporting business decisions while providing clear and practical solutions to many employment and business-related issues. Shirley has industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail, gaming, insurance, ports and logistics and the service industry.
Bianca McCarthy, HR Coordinator
Bianca is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Bianca has two degrees obtained from an American University and management-level experience. She has up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and legislation and works closely with management teams, ensuring the coordination of their HR function.
Bianca is highly organised and proficient in policy updating, employment contracts, staff handbooks, GDPR data protection, recruitment, and policy and procedure implementation. Clare is a Chartered Fellow of the professional body for human resources, The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and has 30 years of experience working at the senior human resource and strategic business management level before setting up her own HR consultancy seventeen years ago.
She has thorough and up-to-date knowledge of business employment legislation. As a qualified practitioner and a knowledgeable consultant, she specialises in providing hands-on operational HR advice. Clare has a comprehensive understanding of the priorities and challenges facing businesses today, and her HR expertise spans all areas of employment-related issues, from managing employee relations, health and welfare to training and development.
Rachel Marsh, FMAAT - Financial Director
Rachel is a Fellow Member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts and people management. For ten years, Rachel worked at a senior management level within the Finance Department, becoming Financial Director and Company Secretary for a group of companies trading in several diverse industries. Her principal duty is now to ensure that the financial strategies support the broader corporate aims of the businesses.
