Suffolk HR consultancy celebrates anniversary with launch of new HR Management software platform

HR Director Shirley de Mouilpied says the sector has faced huge changes since the company’s launch in 2007.

“Since the pandemic, there have been many changes in the world of work, not only for businesses but for employees too.

“People went from the traditional 9-5 scenario to, where at all possible, flexi-working, working from home and using technology more.

“Just a few years ago nobody was doing video calls, now people have them every week.

“Employees looking for work are not looking for a job for life anymore, they are looking for a job that meets their needs now.

“It’s more transient and businesses have to adapt to be able to acquire and retain the best talent possible for their business and we have had to adapt to be able to support that.”

SOS-HR’s new HRM software provides a variety of HR tools for staff management, including appraisal, training and performance reviews, holiday and absence management and payroll.
